Please print and complete the following four forms and mail them to the school with the required registration fee. The TPI Registration Letter can be printed and explains this in more detail. Please contact the Registrar at 503-639-8110 with any questions. You may also request the forms be mailed to you by calling the school as well. You will be contacted by the Registrar once your registration papers have been received.
